Label Value is a label manufacturer based in Tampa, Florida, which recently invested in an HP Indigo 6800 series press. With this new investment and its strong, established roots in the Tampa Bay area, it aims to become the leading label manufacturer within the city.
Label Value sought to attract local businesses, especially breweries in the Tampa Bay area, through print and digital marketing. With the HP Indigo 6800, the company’s printing capabilities were greatly broadened for different applications and industries. Under a new marketing director, the company also sought to boost its digital and social media influence and aimed to target its audience through both traditional print and digital marketing.
We explored different strategies that we could be used to increase local awareness. We also wanted to develop samples to showcase the unique qualities of each material. Educating consumers on our print capabilities seemed like it would be the biggest hurdle, so we decided to create a concept highlighting the different services we offered in a way that was understandable to a broad audience.
A sample box was developed to be delivered or dropped off in person. The box contained a sample book of various substrate examples and an informative book explaining all the products and services that Label Value was capable of providing for their business. For digital marketing, we wanted to do something more interactive; therefore, we created a motion graphic video to be used on landing pages, social media posts and emails.
Banners were created for the sales team to use as booth backdrops at printing conferences. The banners are intended to be lined up along each other, with each one containing stylized illustrations of signature spots in the Bay Area.
A booklet was created to inform prospects about Label Value’s newest capabilities and the benefits of solutions such as mosaic printing, shrink wrap, clear substrate solutions and sequential numbering. This book was designed to be inserted into the promotional boxes that would be either mailed or dropped off at the offices of prospects.
